Scriptures on Faith

My faith grows tremendously when I take the time to read and ponder the scriptures every day. As my faith in God continues to grow, so does my happiness and high self-esteem. These are some of my favorite scriptures that have increased my faith in God.


And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.

—Mark 11:22

God made the world and all things therein . . . . For in him we live, and move, and have our   being; as certain also of your own poets have said, for we are also his offspring.

—Acts 17:24, 28

Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.

—Ecclesiastes 12:7

Then the word of the Lord came unto me saying, Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

—Jeremiah 1:4-5
